Charles was inspired to write"Let's Learn Basic English with Billy" after his multiple visits to orphanages around Jakarta, during which he taught English and Maths to children. This book is dedicate to all the Indonesian children — no matter what social background they come from — who are deeply motivated to study English as an International language. CHAPTER 1: BASIC VOCABULARY

Chapter 1 teaches children basic English vocabulary including different colors, weathers, animals, transportations, counting in English, and exploring the family tree. This basic vocabulary chapter is intended to introduce basic English words to non-English speaking Indonesian children, which will be continuously expanded in the following chapters. In the end of this chapter, the student will be able to recognize English words and translate basic Indonesian vocabulary to English.
